Absolutely. Couples Therapy and Relationship Therapy can play a vital role in the future success of a relationship. It’s often the belief that only couples who struggle, go for therapy. In fact, many couples I see contact me to improve already-healthy relationships further, while others have past issues to sort through. In both cases, online counselling can play a vital role in the happiness of all partners.
Do I have to be referred by my GP?
No – if you feel that you’d like to begin counselling, feel free to contact me directly. Referrals are welcome, but are by no means required.
What types of therapy do you do?
I provide psychotherapy, couples/relationship counselling, sex therapy, and coaching. My approach is pragmatic and includes not only questions directed at you, but also assistance in reaching an achievable plan that can be accomplished across a realistic space of time. I offer advice based on my training and experience, both professionally and in my private life. How often do I need to have a session?
In order to reach your goals as soon as possible, I recommend having at least one session per week. These will usually be on the same day and time. We can also customise your therapy to include more slots, should you wish. I’ll share my mobile number with you at the beginning of therapy.
